We partner with Australia Post to deliver your 3D printed products. Choose the shipping method that best suits your needs:

Regular Post

Standard shipping via Australia Post Regular Post service.

  • • Delivery: 5-10 business days
  • • Tracking: Included
  • • Cost: Included in product price (or free shipping if specified)

Best for non-urgent orders and standard delivery needs.

Express Post

Fast delivery via Australia Post Express Post service.

  • • Delivery: 1-3 business days
  • • Tracking: Included with priority handling
  • • Cost: Additional $10.00 AUD

Best for urgent orders and faster delivery needs.

Delivery Times

Regular Post: 5-10 business days from dispatch

Express Post: 1-3 business days from dispatch

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post processing times. We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive:

  • Email notification with tracking number
  • Access to tracking information in your order history
  • Real-time updates on your package's location

You can track your order using the Australia Post tracking number provided in your order confirmation email.

Returns Policy

Under Australian Consumer Law, you have rights to return products that:

  • Are faulty or defective
  • Don't match the description
  • Are not fit for their intended purpose
  • Have a major failure

Return Process:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide order details and reason for return
  3. We'll provide return instructions and a return address
  4. Once received and verified, we'll process your refund or replacement

Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the product is faulty or doesn't meet consumer guarantees. For change of mind returns, return shipping is at the customer's expense.
